Together we will explore the small steps needed to create the life and relationships you truly want.
My Specialties
-
Often times individuals in high-stress roles are perceived to have it all together. On the surface, you may appear confident and composed, but underneath you could be experiencing chronic anxiety, anger, stress, insomnia, self-doubt, depression, trauma or burnout that no one sees.
Additionally, leadership roles and busy schedules can impact emotional connection in relationships.I am here to support you through this. Together, we will walk through and explore the deeper patterns to create a more sustainable path for you and your relationships.

I specialize in women, couples, and families navigating hormone related mental health and somatic challenges. This includes symptoms from PMS, PMDD, birth control, menstrual pain (endo, adeno, PCOS, etc.), etc. These challenges at times can bring anxious and dark thoughts, somatic symptoms, and relationship distress.
I support individuals, couples, and families. I help gain clarity about symptoms, prepare for cyclical changes, and develop healthier ways to nurture relationships.
Additionally, I support the partners of women suffering from menstrual-related mental health challenges. -
As a medical family therapist, I assume that health and relationship problems are interconnected. The relations between physical health and mental health are complex and influenced by other relational and social systems.
This approach is a collaborative approach to medical problems traditionally treated in a health care system with physicians in medical settings. This includes coping with chronic pain or illness, navigating grief, ambiguous loss, improving communication with health care providers, anticipatory loss, etc. -
Nothing in the hypnosis you have seen on TV or performed for entertainment purposes will happen in this space.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a respectful and collaborative approach to transforming problematic thoughts, behaviors, and somatic symptoms with an emphasis on the mind-body connection.
“We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.”
